Mifoyi is a travel utility app operated for people who use the app and related pages under mifoyi.app. This Privacy Policy describes our handling of information when you use Mifoyi, contact us, make an in-app purchase, or send content through the app.
The policy applies to the app, the related privacy and terms pages, and communications sent to the privacy mailbox. It does not replace any privacy terms from Apple or other third-party services that operate their own platforms, payment systems, analytics tools, hosting services, or communications infrastructure.
2. Your Privacy Choices
Privacy requests can include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or a request to review how information is handled. The rights available to you depend on the laws that apply where you live, and some requests may be limited when information must be kept for legal, security, payment, or dispute purposes.
Where processing is based on consent, consent can be withdrawn for future handling. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object where the law allows. The app may receive information you provide directly, content you choose to keep in the app, app activity information, device and technical data, purchase validation details from the app platform, and messages sent to the operator. A category is treated as personal information only when it can reasonably identify or relate to a person under applicable law.
Collection is limited to what is needed for ordinary operation, user-selected content handling, purchase support, security, legal compliance, and administration. Platform purchase details are handled only to the extent made available by Apple or the relevant app marketplace.
4. How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Mifoyi; process and validate in-app purchases through the applicable platform; preserve user-selected content and preferences; respond to privacy or legal communications; detect misuse; troubleshoot errors; and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and compliance duties.
Content provided by users is handled to make the app function as requested and to maintain app records where necessary. We do not treat user content as a public submission unless you separately choose to share it outside the app through tools or services not controlled by us.
Aggregated or de-identified information may be used for internal review, reliability analysis, and planning. When information has been de-identified, we use it in a form not intended to identify an individual and maintain it consistently with that status where required by law.
5. Outside Processing
Service providers may process information for hosting, storage, app distribution, payment processing, purchase validation, analytics, diagnostics, security, customer communications, and legal or administrative support. These providers are permitted to handle information only for appropriate service, compliance, and protection purposes.
In-app purchases are processed through the app marketplace or platform used to obtain Mifoyi. Platform providers may receive payment, device, transaction, and account information under their own rules. We receive only the purchase-related information made available to us for validation, support, accounting, and fraud prevention.
Information may also be shared when required by law, court order, regulatory request, tax obligation, corporate transaction, security investigation, or to protect rights, users, the app, or the public. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of exchanging it for money.
6. Retention
Retention periods depend on the type of information and the reason it is held. User-provided content and app records may be kept while needed to provide the app, preserve user choices, address requests, maintain security, or support purchase and legal records.
Some information may be retained for longer where required for tax, accounting, consumer protection, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal claims, or audit obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, de-identified, or kept in a restricted form according to practical and legal limits.

9. Age-Related Safeguards
Mifoyi is intended for users who have legal capacity to use mobile apps and make app-related choices in their region, or who use the app with appropriate involvement from a parent or guardian. If a guardian believes a minor provided personal information that should not remain in the app records, a privacy request may be sent through the mailbox below.
We will review age-related requests in line with applicable law, safety needs, and any technical limits of the relevant platform or device environment.
